Very helpful, love the receptionist. But the diabetic nurse was a bit of a Dragon. She was not helpful. I am Dyslexic and can't fill in my notebook to which she tells me off badly. I've told her about being dyslexic but she did not understand or didn't want to understand but the doctors at this practice were good.

Its my family doctors and always receive great service and the doctors and nurses do a great job.

I would not recommend this surgery to anyone, from the Receptionist to the Doctor they don’t care! When Dr Waheed was still at the surgery he was fab, Karen Moore is an excellent nurse, but the rest! I have been waiting on an osteopath appointment since February! It’s a joke. Called up this morning to request an appointment was told someone would call me back - 5.30pm still no phone call so I called back to be told someone did try and call at 11.53 and the phone was engaged really, do you not call back?? Now have to wait until tomorrow to see someone!!!! I am extremely unhappy

Karen more is the best nurse ever! I don't know what I would have done without her over the past 2 months. Not only is she a fantastic nurse and very knowledgeable, she is very supportive and kind and is always there to listen to your concerns and praise the best advice/reassurance possible.

Karen Moore is an exception nurse and nothing is ever too much trouble, she has got me sorted with pain team as I have been in agony with adhesions for the past 10 months.
